ANSI2GIF WISH LIST, IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE
- Allow for blinking 'and' animation in the same file. If not possible then the
  ability to output only animation without the blinking.
- No need to install GD developer kit, but just the GD library.
- Allow for -y and -x to work together as demonstrated above not working.
- Or if the created .gif is not as wide as 80 columns, instead of the blank
  columns being black they could be transparent.
- If an output name isn't given use input name+.gif(eps,png).
- Append output file name if it exist.
- Then needed would be an option to overwrite.
- An image with a preview of each included font.
- -t 1 would be less of a delay than -t 2 ; a little less delay would purrrfect
  for very large ones.
- And while I'm on a wish mode here a program to convert an image into an 'ANSI
  art type .gif' - the gif would play like the ansi2gif animated ones; 
  character by character. That would be fabtabulous!
